Was pretty disappointed. Love Firehouse and hadn?t had one in years, so looked forward to going. Need to remember, once you... order your sandwich, unlike Subway, Jersey Mike?s, or any other place, they won?t ask how you want it. So I placed order andmoved down the line. Next thing I know they hand me the sandwich completely made. I asked when is my chance to modify or addstuff to the sandwich, the answer was when I ordered. At no point was I asked how I want it. The staff was polite and wasn?tallowed to add anything to my sandwich so they just put fixins in a container for me to add, but I didn?t get what I wanted.Oil, vinegar, salt; pepper, pickles and stuff. I?d go back again and now I know to ask when I order. Still, the sandwich wasn?twhat I anticipated and not up to the 10+ dollars it cost.
