You prepare your own portions of food & sauce and then take them to the big grill for the grill masters to cook for you. The... food was extremely tasty and I was able to make it differently the second time I went through. Pro tip, use 2 bowls and put yourvegetables in one and your meet in the other. The food quality must be really good because after eating I didn't get that sleepyfeeling that I get when going to places that have food that's jacked up full of chemicals. You put together all the ingredients and sauces you want... from a nicer buffet style line, and everything is then cooked on a massive open-style grill. The variety of meats, vegetables,noodles, fruits, and sauces makes every single meal unique yet delicious. every one of their many food options can mix togetherand still taste incredible, and the same with their sauces. both vegan and meat-filled meals can be made, with levels ofspiciness from completely mild to a level where you'll need to drink every glass at the table to taste anything again. Went at 5pm and not busy at all. Wasn't a day they had shrimp so hubby was sad. I think they do shrimp Wed and Fri, and I think... we went on a Saturday? I took the last of the beef when I went through the line. Even so, this was the best place to eat. Hubbygets lots of meat and I get lots of veggies. Flavors with all the sauce combo options are scrumptious. Server was genuine andhelpful. Wish we could afford to eat here regularly! Read more
