Ok, with all due respect, our order was wrong a couple times- But each time the MGR on Duty made it right and always did it with... class and respect. Today they kept their word and made our order right and we can gladly forgive when the hardworking crewtonight put out a fabulous meal and visit for us. Everything was great and chicken was cooked perfect with crispy crunchyperfectly brown n cooked chicken! We enjoy this little location. You guys work hard, communication can always get better, butthank you for being good people who really made up for an honest mistake. No hard feelings, great job tonight crew! Can't speak for any other staff but Cassie S was slammed with deliveries and severely understaffed, and she still hustled.... ???? This place is just horrible. Make sure to check your bag because the integrity is questionable. I ordered a 12-piece with... Mac&Cheese. They said there was a wait. Completely under stable since it was 6 pm. Well, they had me park and wait. After 10min, the guy asked if I was the one waiting for the mac & cheese - I nodded, and he gave me my bag. After I got home, I received12 pieces and coleslaw. What the heck. And since They didn?t provide me with a receipt - I didn?t find it worth it to driveback. Disappointing. Read more
