Called in and placed and order at 6:04 pm and was told it would be about 25-35 minutes. Arrived at 6:35, paid, and just left at... 7:28 with no food and our money back. Watched numerous people come in and out with no problems. All we ordered was 2 pizzas and2 sandwiches. Will not return to this location again. Read more
Updated review 6/24/2022- still do not like this location! The Manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude! We usually order a... pizza with half topping and half just cheese for the kids. The first time our pizza came with no cheese on the cheese half. Ijust let it go because I understand everyone is short staffed right now and it's tough times. The second time it happened, Icalled. The girl who answered did not put me on hold and I could hear her mocking me to her manager before he came on the phone.When he picked up he was rude right off the bat and told me there's no way the pizza could be wrong because they check it beforeit leaves. I sent him a picture to which he responded, "I don't see anything wrong with that, it just bubbled. I'll give you acredit but it looks fine to me." Please look at the photo.... We order pizza elsewhere now! Disappointed! We have been hugefans of the louie's on fillmore. We moved and now have to use this location. We ordered a delivery and the entire order waslate and incorrect. The replacement order took over half an hour to arrive. We were not offered a discount or refund, barelyeven an apology. This is the first time I have ordered from this location and the last.. I usually order from the one on Barnes and never had a... problem moved closer to the tutt one and orders 3 pizzas and breadsticks.. The pizza was 45 minutes late then quoted, all pizzaswere burnt and tasted terrible I had to explain to my wife that usually the pizza is 10 times better as she has not has Louie?sbefore.. They?re terribly inconsistent. We love Louie?s pizza when it?s made right, but if you look at these two pictures of breadsticks... they?re completely different. One way over baked the other very delicious. We?ve had the same experience with our pizza too, oneburnt one not. We?d love to eat here more, but you guys can?t keep doing this!!! Read more
