I wished I found this restaurant sooner. listen I have been to a lot of Mexican style restaurants but non like Maria’s. They... are authentic, as soon as you walk in the entire place screams MEXICO like legit I love it, they have one the best Birriasyou’ll ever taste in Colorado Springs. I don’t know why there is even bad reviews to it. The guy there was nice and actuallylooks like he loves what he does. My husband picked up some take out from Maria’s for lunch. He loved his chimichanga and the savory salsa. The meats for the... tacos were on the drier side. It was good otherwise.
