I ordered my food vía app for pick up. Curbside 5 and they messed up and gave me a different order. Before realizing it, I... opened the food and touched the sandwiches. I brought it back in and told them it was not my order and that I opened thesandwich to check them before realizing it was not mine. I watched them close the bag up and take it to the correct person afterI told them I touched it. Workers were rude, while manager Donna was also in a bad mood asking why I was asking the managersname. Front cashier Hannah was trying her best. She was new, but as a manager, she should not have been in the front by herself.Be careful this place will mishandle food. I plan to advise the health department for allowing the touched order to be going tothe next person, knowing there is a pandemic going around. Unsanitary. Careful when doing curbside. Very crowded during lunchtime with the drive thru wrapping around the building. There was barely any parking left. A nice... interior and clean. The employees were nice enough. We were a little worried when the customers in front of us ordered 20cheeseburgers. Despite that though we got our order very quickly. They called our number and we picked it up. The problem isthat the order was almost completely wrong and we didn't realize it until after we had driven away. Yes, I should have checkedthe bag and trusting it was right was partially on me. Unfortunately with kiddos it caused major issues for lunch. I'd bewilling to give them another chance, but maybe when they're not as busy so they have a better chance at service us the correctorder contents. Read more
Very frustrating when I ordered strawberry shakes and one looks very much like vanilla, which I point and am told both are... strawberry. I then get home and find out it is indeed vanilla! Should have gotten me a new one when I first asked them to doublecheck:( Read more

By far one of the worst locations full of immature female workers I’ve ever seen. Soon as you walk into This location, you can... hear the workers Talking a bunch of inappropriate talk. Not to mention one of the females made a comment about a guy being shortand fat. And I’m quite sure they were referring to one of the customers. They were so annoying. But this is a lot of ourgeneration nowadays. But what are you expect. A lot of these young adults weren’t brought up with respect and having a clue onhow to hold a decent conversation. And these workers proved behind the counter how totally Out of line and immature they reallywere. Food took forever. This was totally different than when I was there last Wednesday around 1 AM. My advice go to thedrive-through instead of inside. Terrible experience. Manager was awesome. It’s not her fault. I feel bad for the group ofpeople she was given to work with. Read more
