Y?all this place is a hidden gem in downtown CO. Springs! I?m an avid restaurant reviewer & all around this had to be the best... place I?ve been in a LONG time! Highly recommend! The food was incredible (The Iberico Chorizo was to die for) & our server wasthe bar tender named Stetson who created the whole cocktail menu & he created some fantastic drinks based on our preferences! IfI could rate this place more than 5 stars I honestly would, & that?s saying something coming from me! Read more

Went in for Brunch and was very disappointed with how basic and lacking their menu was, on top of that they charge more than the... food is worth. On top of this they just so happened to run out of some dishes, which sucked. Personally, I got a Shakshuka andon top of costing 12 dollars, it didn't come with much, just 2 small baguettes slices and 2 small eggs and some feta cheesecrumbs. I ate this and left still feeling hungry. Didn't even leave feeling half full. For that Price I could have gone toMcDonald's and gotten something that would've been more filling than this. However this place gets 3 stars because of thedecent customer service that in some ways made up for the lack of good food. If you come here, it's a good idea to come with theexpectation of using the bar and not just coming in for food. Their alcoholic beverage menu looked good and interesting. We are new to the Springs and found the Mood Tapas Bar just while exploring. We decided to go this evening (Friday). We sat at... the bar and had some really good cocktails and ordered from the tapas menu. It was ALL very good!!!
