I came in on my lunch break in my safety vest all filthy from working. I told the girl at the counter I'd never been to Panda... Express and despite the directions being quite clearly posted on the posted menu, she was so friendly and patient and let meknow how it all worked. Even up to the point of paying for the meal her tone and attitude was consistently pleasant. The foodwas delicious for the fast food premade style of the restaurant. Ordered food around 330pm, for the food to be delivered at 6pm. Got the food All of it was COLD. I looked at the slip and my... food was made at 4pm, so that tells me it Sat for 2 hours and got cold! It was delivered on time though. Tried to call PandaExpress but no one answered! Not acceptable! Read more
Food was not the best. It had been a while since I had eaten at a Panda Express but it was a bit disappointing.
I love coming to panda express, but lately the locations have become stingy and this has made the experience not very enjoyable.... You ask for a cup for ice here's a child's size cup. You want a entree you paid a extra dollar fifty for we'll sort of fill itand if you make a comment become rude or ignore you. I understand working in fast food service but customer service should comefirst always. I didn't even get fortune cookies with our food. Read more

Have eaten here for years but the last several times I've placed pick up orders... online I have arrived 5+ minutes AFTER the pick up time stated only to stand and wait an additional 15+ minutes while watchingOVER 10 people walk in & be served immediately plus several pick up orders be picked up.
