Absolutely worst piece of junk location. Severely undertrained staff. Does not know the difference between Everything bagels vs... chocolate bagels. Just dumps sweet and savoury items in one bag. Horrible! Never ever going again!! Read more

Is this what your ciabatta bread normally looks like? I had a friend pick this up for me and I was shocked to see how thin it... was and the taste wasn't a typical ciabatta. We paid $51.00 for 2 pick 2 and a kids soup, 2 drinks. Can't believe that's what we paid. Ouch. Flat bread pizza was aweful and... the only saving grace was the broccoli and cheddar soup. We will not be returning. Quality and service was poor. I went back toask for an itemized list of what we got and they made review with them verbally. I ordered food to go and on the app it said my order was ready. I was running late and picked it up 15-20 minutes after that. I... knew I was late and figured my order would definitely be ready. It wasn't, even though the app said it was, and there weren'tmany people working so I waited in line and explained my situation. They questioned me and looked around like they didn't reallybelieve me. Eventually they just said they would just remake it--no apology or explanation. The store wasn't in great shapeeither. The tables were messy, the entire soda machine was broken, there was no ice, lids, napkins.
