Went to this location to order the $8.99 pick 2 deal and a broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl today. When ordering, I pointed to... the sign outside the glass window of the store of what I wanted. She said Baja chicken and I said okay sure? And then orderedthe soup bread bowl. The price seemed to come out right so when asked if we needed a receipt, I declined. When the order wasready, I was given a Baja chicken bowl with the tomato soup. Was like this is not right, I am supposed to have a sandwich, sothey gave me the sandwich instead. Then found out that the broccoli cheddar soup bowl was never ordered and felt I wasovercharged. Went to the manager (Team Manager: Danny) and got a reprint of the receipt to get a break down of the order. I toldhim I ordered what was on the window and couldn?t understand why my order came out $26 for what is pictured when the meal wassupposed to be $8.99. He then proceeded to try to give me a 35 cent refund. I told him never mind because 35 cents is not goingto resolve the problem. He was not helpful or understanding to the misrepresentation of the situation and how just abouteverything went wrong for a simple lunch order. Read more
For years my go-to has been the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. But the last two times, there has been no chicken at all on the... salad. I used the Rapid Pick-up (today was the N. Nevada Ave. location, last time was N. Academy) so I didn't notice until I gothome. I understand there may be supply issues to blame, but if you're out of chicken, just say so. If I ever order from Paneraagain, it won't be for pick-up. Read more
I hadn't been to this Panera in ages and found myself there two nights in a row this past week. I was very impressed with the... attitude and graciousness of the workers, as it was late at night and we stayed til closing both nights. I was also impressedwith the cleanliness of the restaurant! We picked up 5 lunches for our company meeting. The gal that picked up trusted everything was in the bags. 2 of the lunches... were completely missing. We had to send someone all of the way back and she missed the entire meeting. One of the sandwicheswe DID receive was not even one that anyone ordered. (Ate it anyways). My sandwich had roast beef in it. I had to pretty muchtrash the entire thing, as I could not bite off any of it. It was all gristle and fat. There were also 4 side rolls given butno butter pats...made for some very dry bread. Sorry Panera, you missed the mark this time and the last time we ordered for ourcompany meeting.
