We got the classic skirted heifer and the Pueblo farmer burger, regular fries and sweet potato fries. The burgers were good but... the buns (focaccia) are a bit on the dry side. The fries are fried perfectly crispy. I would definitely ask for a bunsubstitution for the burger next time. Seating inside is about 20 people and kinda tight and outdoor seating about 8 and there?sa bench as well. If you plan on sitting outside there?s minimal covering and the sun hits around 11am-1pm. Shared half of the Pueblo farmer (comes non-skirted because of the pepper jack) and the classic which comes skirted with... cheddar. The classic skirted was an awesome greasy mess that is cheese forward in flavor and texture since the well fried skirtlends itself as a shell to load Belgian fries (perfectly cooked) and optionally dip in ranch or their special sauce, asrecommended by the resident chefs. The burger combo was a great option for contrast as the Pueblo was just a tasty burger witha little kick. The novelty is clear and worth trying for yourself. The cheese skirt can be overwhelming for some and the onlything missing would be the addition of a dill pickle (thinking vinegar here) to counter the cheese...heck even a shot of picklejuice (aka anti-venom?) added to the menu would be a useful chaser to bring you back from the brink of cheese overload. We had the most delicious burgers ever here! The skirted burgers were truly amazing. Great selection of types of meat, buns, and... toppings. It will run you roughly $15-$20 a person and it?s great, 100% worth it. Read more
This place was mouth watering good! Everything is made to order. The Sodas were hand crafted. I had the the best Creme Soda I... have ever had there! The pic with the single burger is the "skirted heifer" the cheese melts out from it. Meat is organic andgrass fed. Read more

We enjoyed grass-fed meat, and the lighting and atmosphere were perfect for a burger. It was Halloween, so there was a sense of... decorating the interior accordingly. The drink also uses cane sugar (relatively not increased sugar because it does not refinedminerals, etc.) for health, so I thought it was a delicious burger restaurant that really cares about health.
