We had an amazing New Orleans flare lunch! The chef Shyann was AMAZING, we even stopped back at the kitchen to let her know! Not at all what we expected when we searched for fine dining steak & seafood. The description says elegant, it is absolutely... not. But it is a beautiful, casual restaurant with an interesting menu. The French onion soup was yummy, the green salad waslarge & fresh but seemed to have none of the listed green goddess dressing. The Gorgonzola pasta with buffalo shrimp was uniqueand tasty. WOW! That's all I can say (but I'll say more). This is an exceptional gem here with exquisite Cajun food. My wife's family is... from New Orleans and Lafayette, LA - so we're always critical of Cajun food and imitators. This IS the real deal. The etoufeefries, red beans and rice with fried chicken, and the gumbo were ALL top notch. Unique flavors, but truly holding to real Cajunstyle. You HAVE to try! Read more
