Having never been here before, we were pleasantly surprised. Placed a take out order, it was done 15 earlier than the first... message stated. Arrived and met at the counter, he quickly found my order which was put together very nicely. Chicken Pad Thaiwas awesome. Combo appetizer was great. Orange chicken and rice very good. We ordered from postmates. Something I usually don't like to do but it was a long exhausting week so we ordered in. I'm a... vegetarian so I ordered the tropical rice and asked for the shrimp to be removed. When I got it, imagine my surprise when Ifound myself eating a piece of chicken. The tropical rice did NOT say it had chicken. We called to let them know to be morecareful because I was literally throwing up my dinner. We weren't even going to complain or ask for a refund, just wanted toinform them, but they blamed us. The guy said they added chicken because we said no shrimp. We never asked for the chicken. Hesaid if we didn't want the chicken we should have specified. Even though it didn't say it came with chicken!! He never evenapologized. Terrible customer service and I've not been feeling well since because my body can't digest meat anymore. Theyruined my night and they didn't even care. Read more
