If I could give this place more stars I definitely would!!!! Not only is this place amazing they’re also super friendly and... really take the extra mile to make sure you have an amazing time. We arrived at the restaurant and got sat almost immediately(wedid have a reservation) after being sat we had the most accommodating server Megan she was patient and kind and offered tons ofadvice!!! The manager on duty Ryan was just as friendly and helpful offering advice and doing everything he could to make ourfirst time at the melting pot an experience I’ll never forget!!!! My wife and I are travel nurses visiting Colorado from Texas, and we decided to have dinner at the Melting Pot for a nice night... out from our rental house. I was pretty disappointed that the food they were bringing to us still needed to be cooked. Ourserver must have walked up to our table around 4 to 6 times to tell us about our food or how to cook it, noting to avoid crosscontamination by cooking each different type of meat separately. In the picture I attached below, my wife set the timer on herphone to time how long we need to cook the raw food they left on our table. I suspect the server sensed my disappointment duringone of her trips to our table because then other Melting Pot staff started coming up to us which included a manager, acook/chef, and an unknown person. The manager, cook, and server were all pretty nice, but the unknown staff member didn't needto ask us where we were from just to tell us that the Melting Pot had a presence in our state, just not where we are from. Mywife and I were suspecting he was prejudiced against us. The feeling that the unknown staff member left me with made me wish Itipped more than the 25% I had already tipped. If you check out the prices on the menu that I also attached to this post, youmight get the impression that this restaurant is one that caters to those with higher incomes, or those who would be willing tomake a one-time visit to celebrate a milestone. I think this place clearly serves a niche population, and though their meats,dimly lit environment, and sheik music might be of okay quality as a whole, is the experience of getting food here really worththe price to eat here? A very different kind of dining experience. The appetizers and deserts are fantastic and really match what comes to mind when... you think "fondue". The main course is a bit more complicated, as it mostly consists of meat that you will have to boilyourself. It's all very good and the sauce selection is amazing, just make sure you don't over-cook things and are prepared tosemi-awkwardly fish your meal out piece-by-piece. We had a kid free night so decided to have a date night at the Melting Pot and it turned out to be a great choice. The hostess... recommended the sunshine sangria and I'm so glad she did, I highly recommend it too. The service was fast and on point! Brennawas amazing. She kept things fun and checked on us often so we never waited for anything. Everyone that works there that weencountered was super friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much! Read more

We had a great experience with our knowledgeable waiter Jack. He had excellent recommendations and made us feel at home.... Definitely make time to do this. It isn't a quick 1 hour experience.
