Order took too long and no apology was given for the wait. Linda decided to play a game with a friend in the dining area and... then proceed to the kitchen to handle food without washing her hands. My chicken was not crispy despite the wait and my frieswere also not crispy. I do not know why I gave them another chance. The bus stops here though.
