Easy in and out make this a good choice if you're crossing GA between Chattanooga and Tallahassee. There aren't many fast food... places along 27 to start with so this is a welcome addition. Nonetheless, service was extremely slow and the size of the burgersthemselves seemed much reduced--so much so that I'm not sure it was worth the wait or the price. This Burger King needs help. They can't keep employees. The older blonde female manager is a poor leader. If you go there, you... better have time to wait. And if I were you, I'd check my bag BEFORE pulling away from that window... I don't care how big yourorder is or how long it takes, don't leave that window without everything in check or you WILL have to do the waiting all overagain. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME VISITING SINCE THEY OPENED!!!!!! We drove up to the screen and had to announce we were... there we were told to order whenever we were ready so we did well we order the new southwest burger we were told that wecouldn?t order just the sandwich we had to get the whole meal fries and soda which it clearly stated on the menu SANDWICH ONLY$6.99! We had to repeat order more times than we should of had to!!!! We had to pull up for them to bring food out !!!! Welloutcome was they forgot to cook the fries they forgot to put HEAVY AVOCADO SPREAD AND FORGOT TO PUT HEAVY TORTILLA STRIPS! Iwill give them a thumbs up for the poppers they were good, I?m thankful my whopper was decent. They were unfriendly the managercharged us a large coke for a large water which was for the dogs we got no napkins no ranch sauce in bag. Husband went in totell them fries weren?t cooked fully let?s see what that experience will be like well made him feel like he was lying andtelling him that she will help him after the drive thur was done after she had started to help him and saying that she wouldhave to make a phone call to do a refund she only offered to replace the fries which would have been okay at the beginning ofour meal not after! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Have been here multiple times and always the same issues??sit at the order spot in the drive thru with nobody... answering, long wait times, NO customer service skills. Today I saw that the drive thru was full so I chose to go inside. Waitedfor food for 35 minutes before going to the register. The kid working looked and me and asked my name and said ?the order ain?tup there?. I asked what that means and she asked for my receipt and turned around and never looked back. I sat back downwaiting. After another 15 minutes, the same girl calls my name and says that she was waiting for fresh chicken fries and that?swhy it took so long. I took my bag and drove the 10 minutes home to find that they didn?t put the chicken fries in the bag atall. I drive back to the restaurant to walk in to find the staff laughing and saying that I should have checked my bag before Ileft! Wow! DO NOT ACCEPT THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DEMAND MORE! Grand opening this past Tuesday, food is delicious and staff is friendly. Only concern is that they need to make sure they keep... the tea containers filled, especially bc we are going into the summer months and the tea is going to be bought up like crazy.Also order extra chicken fries, we are crazy about them. The new SW Bacon Whopper is delicious. That little bit of heat hitsreally good. Read more
The girl that took our order never smiled once. Couldn't drink the diet coke Funny taste. My friend couldn't get anything out of... the sugar free but clear looking water. Always have a good experience with BK but not today. Read more
