When I lived in California, this was the spot! Every time we go back to visit we stop and eat as well as purchase at least 10... of the bean and cheese burritos to bring home to the family. This time, the burgers were great but the bean and cheese burritoswere not. Very disappointed! I expected the prices to go up but hell not as much as they did!!! Read more

Disappointed. Quality of the ground beef varies considerably from location to location and by time of day. This just wasn't the... right time and place. The positive was efficient service. Read more

I can't believe that Baker's is so low quality these days. The ingredient changes are horrible. The lack of training is... horrible. I got a burrito with meat on one side cheese on the other and the cheese wasn't melted, in fact it was still chilled. Whoever has taken over is running it into the ground. Read more

We are a regular customers for many years at this location on Valley Blvd and pepper avenue they hardly make mistakes on my... order but this time I called about 4 burritos with out green sauce and no cheese came in my plain burgers, management told methat I took too long to claim but yes I called same day just did step in the store to claim my order after a month so no helpwas available ???? upset because we had no help for this issue. After 20+ years of being a loyal customer to Bakers I am no longer visiting any of their stores after not being served... breakfast. I was in line for 20 minutes before getting to order only to find out they were no longer taking breakfast ordersbecause it was after 11 a.m. I was in line way before 11 a.m., was stuck in line an additional 10 minutes in the drive-throughbecause once you are in line there is no way to exit the line. I spoke with the manager and recommended that they have asolution so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Until some changes are made my family will no longer give them our business. Read more
