Great restaurant, the hospitality is top notch and the food is delicious. The food may take some time so order ahead, but it... comes out hot and fresh. I have been a patron at this restaurant for a year and tolerated their disrespectful behavior until my last visit. The waiter... criticed the physical appearance of two patrons. The host said directly to me "your tattoo isn't very good, the tattoo placeclose to the restuarant was better." Additionally, another patron asked their meal to be served on a skillet and they served itin a to-go box. When the customer asked for the meal in a skillet, the waiter insisted "they had already prepared it and wouldnot like to change." Additonally, when I visted the restaurant in June 2022, the waiter/host insisted that I tell him how old helooked and disclose how much I make per year--who does that? Lastly, when you call for pick-up the restaurant will know yourname and confirm you are calling with your name and still ask you to confirm your phone number. After 5 visits, I am still beingasked to confirm my phone number even though I know they have it in their records because they know my name when I call. I won'tgo to this restaurant again until they replace their very rude and disrespectful staff. Stop asking people how much they make ina year and stop saying you don't like their physical appearance. To the person who replies to reviews: your responses to otherreviews have been very demeaning, belittling, and condescending. Specifically, your response to the comment about 18% fee for aparty of 5 or more was horrendous. You made fun of a customer because they "didn't read the small sign" and "couldn't read themenu." When you respond to this comment please apologize for your staff's intrusive inquiries about my salary and comments aboutmy appearance. I will not come to your restuarant again. Read more
The food is great, but the service needs work. Server was unattentive and did not give a receipt or provide any details to what... we were being charged with and he insisted he did when I call and raised the concern, all I saw was the total on his screen.18%service charge plus the tips I paid. End up he got almost $40 tips for $99 food?!! Also they charged me offset operationalfee on top of everything, which is 3.5% of the total, what the heck even is that? Talk about dishonesty. Read more

Living and working in LA for over 20 years, I?ve had my share of great Indian and Pakistani food from Culver City to East... Hollywood. Simply put, Gul Naz is as good, if not better than all those places, no joke. Super delicious and satisfying when thecraving hits. Family owned restaurant with incredibly friendly and welcoming service. They take pride in making people happy. Soglad I found this place. Read more
