What can I say. I've been here about a dozen times. Let's Me start with the positive. The food is delicious. It's consistently... good. The bad...some waitresses are fantastic. But the family...if they have to wait on you or talk to you at all are the rudestin the area. If you have to deal with their foul moods it will turn your 3 star experience into a 1. I came today after calling in 2 seperate orders of pazole. I asked the lady who answered if 2 seperate bags of chips would be... given she said yes. When i arrived it was 1 bag of chips and i explained to lupe the waitress i placed 2 seperate orders eachshould have come with its own bag. She then proceeded to take the one small bag of chips and pour it into a 2nd bag to splitthat small bag in 2. I asked for a manager because that was unacceptable especially when each order should have come with itsown bag because it was for a co worker. She refused a manager instead she threw another bag in with a really nasty attitude.This is not the first time i have received terrible customer service from the new waitresses they have. I have been left on holdwhen placing a order and came in to order while my phone was still on hold and watched the lady hang up the line not evenrealizing i was the one she had on hold. Good food but they have gotten worse with customer service since i first started cominghere. Id rather take my buisness elsewhere bc i dont appreciate how rude the waitress lupe is and i miss the old girls they wereso friendly. My friend and I dine there quite often, and we have always been totally satisfied with the food choices made. Food is always... freshly prepared and hot with generously helpings. Staff is really getting to know us, since we're there so often. Why hadn'tI found out about Maria's sooner? ???????? Read more

Ordered a Pastor Burrito and a Chicken Salad. The burrito was overly salted, but the salad was good. Chips were great! The... service was slow and inefficient taking 3 trips to the table to take our order, even though we stated we were ready to orderfrom the time we sat down. They took the orders of 2 tables before us that had arrived after us. Took forever to get refills ondrinks. Only ended up with a single one each. Bathrooms were not very well maintained and out of paper products. Took foreverto get our bill. Read more

I gave 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement, I have the number 16 the steak chimichanga and what made it so... good is the fact that they cut the steak up in really small pieces there so you don’t have to fight with the steak whilechewing / eating it Great idea to whomever decided this over steak strips … Horchata was great consistency from beginning toend, wouldn’t be surprised if it were made in house… Will return would recommend to everyone… Read more
