I have been ordering from Papa Johns Pizza in Colton , CA now for the last two months and have had beyond exceptional service... from the entire staff, both AM and PM. The delivery drivers are very courteous and professional towards the delivery customers.As for management, they are also very courteous and professional. There is one manager, Stacie Garcia that goes out of her wayto make sure that you have a pleasant visit and if it's a delivery, she makes sure your food is delivered on time and is hot ????. Delicious i love all the tipes of pizza the ingredients tasted fresh and good quality!
Ordered pizza online on the app. Papa John's takes my order and money no problem. Calls me and tells me my order is canceled... because I'm out of there jurisdiction yet I've gotten pizza delivered to my address before. Delivery driver calls me and tellsme he'll get the pizza to me great customer service to the driver. Then Manager calls me telling me there's nothing they can doshe represented Papa John's in the worse way possible not fixing her mess up. Read more
Pizza is always done correctly and normally order with garlic knots to pair it up but unfortunately today they miss the spot got... the knots but no garlic on them :( Read more
I ordered two pizzas one with pepperoni and the other one with 5 different toppings, well I got the pizzas but it seems like... they out of toppings because my pizza had very, very few of each topping and I got the pictures to prove it.
