I have tried this pizza hut location two days ago. I ordered for pick up and the order was ready when I went to pick it up. Crew members don't follow simple instructions. Ordered the pizza to be WELL DONE, but instead was got a pizza that was barely... cooked and limp. Had to cook it again in our toaster oven. Read more
I'm very considerate and don't order during rush hour that way they arent stuck in traffic. With that said there was no reason... for them to cancel my order & not let me know. I found out an hour & half later when I called for a status. Read more
We called to let them know the delivery was short one item. They basically told us we wouldn't be getting our money back and... the driver wouldn't be bringing the missing item. There is usually at least one missing item when we order from this place. This Pizza Hut location is horrible, and I won't be ordering from them anymore. Read more
Shady. Shady, shady! My receipt has two different totals, my online order history has a different total than the ones on the... receipt and my card was charged a different amount that the 3 above mentioned totals. Receipt shows a total of $47.46 but atthe bottom states my card was charged $41.27 and I owe the driver $6.19 upon delivery. My card was charged $48.70 Online ordertotal is $54.89 The driver was amazing but the rest of this is shady. Read more
Quick service. Staff is friendly & nice. Sometimes it?s very busy like in holidays & late nights. Great deals going on 365 days... & you can get nice points by ordering online. You can get Free medium pizza after 2-3 months only if you order online. Read more
My experience was very unpleasant. Love Pizza Hut but this one is pitiful. I asked for extra marinara sauce an got extra... pepperoni & cheese on a sheet of crust that don't support the toppings. Called asked for a refund and was told they aren't ableto because the order was made over. But it was still wrong. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location at all.
