Longer wait times than usual. They make their drinks different from other Starbucks ex. Mix their cold foam drinks? their is no... foam on top, same for their sweet vanilla cream, their lemonade passion tea has a splash of lemonade. They are normally out of alot of ingredients ex. Oat milk, teas, and honey. When asking for light ice expect to get heavy ice. Read more

5 story Starbucks...biggest in the world!!!! Its unbelievable! I absolutely loved it!!!!! Why's it so far away!!! Please... discover all floors before ordering! I ordered eggs in purgatory and a iced Latte with a apricot tart. All so amazing and greattasting!!!! I also tried the iced Blanco white...mehhhh, tasted ok, similar to milk. 4th floor had alcohol beverages....veryamazing! 5th floor had tables with a view...just a must see while in Chicago! Don't ask me about parking. We basically parked inan all day parking spot and walked everywhere. But again...definitely a must see! Read more
