The person taking my order was friendly and seemed excited to be there. He offered great suggestions for some add on items. My... food was ready when I pulled to the next window. In today's world this kind of excellent service needs to be rewarded bymanagement. I will make this Burger King my go to now for breakfast. Read more

The drive-thru service was awful. I had a ridiculously long wait to get my food, and nobody would tell me that there was going... to be a wait I kept trying to wave to get someone's attention, because of the decals on the drive-thru window covering almostthe entire window, and for minutes no one responded. A 1 star is being generous. If I could give a negative star I would. Worst customer service ever! The lady working the window on... 6/22 around 4:00 was so rude. She made us pull around for the total and when she had to wait on money she rolled her eyes at myhusband and the slammed the window. When she went to give him his change she was making faces. For as long as we had to waitare food was cold. I would never recommend eating there. Read more

We have come to this location too many times to count over the years. The food is good, but the wait is terrible. The app is... slow. The drive thru is even slower. They always seem to be out of advertised items. Our order could not be fulfilled as we hadhoped, and we had to wait in a parking spot next to McDonalds who had served dozens of customers in the time we spent waiting.Ordering through the app does not speed anything up. We had to go through the drive thru, then we're asked to park in a spot. Wehad to wait in that spot for at least 20 minutes, plus the time spent waiting in the drive thru. Our food FIMALLY arrived. Allwe received was a simple sorry for the wait. We will be considering other options for our family when we have the whim to eatout. I wish I could be posting something more positive. Read more

Soooo my breakfast was the 2 for $4 biscuit with egg bacon and cheese... crasont with sausage egg and cheese... looked like... someone sat on it. Lol and my man got a eggnormis burrito which he loved so much he gobbled it down in 5 min or less. Lol Read more

So me and my wife and 2 of my kids went here tonight to order dinner for our family of 7. We didn't cook tonight being as I... worked 2 hours away all day and then when I got home my daughter had a track meet with her school so we thought hey lets run toburgerking after we go by our kids the stuff needed for baseball and track. We pulled up ordered then they pulled us forwardwhich I expected being as we have a rather large family. Then while sitting there I realized they forgot one of my meals on thereceipt so I figured its OK ill run back through and order the missing one. Next thing I know the food comes out and the ladytells me I can't come that close to closing again. Because they had to make everything fresh. I thought it was soppsed to befresh anyways. Its not my fault I made it there before closing time.then I ordered my children their own fries they just dumpedthe fries into a big brown bag the point in ordering separate fries was so they each had their own . Maybe you should make asign out front that says sorry no large family orders after the time they think. Either way I won't be going here again what ajoke. Ill spend the extra on gas to go to a different location. Read more
