I usually have trouble with this Dominos, but it's usually small things like they forgot dipping sauce so I never worried about... it. This time was different; we ordered 2 large pizzas and some sauce with bread twists. It took about an hour for it to arrive.Both pizzas had bacon, but the bacon was mostly on one or two pieces on both pizzas. One pizza was supposed to have buffalosauce on top but it didn't and seemed to have barely any cheese. It was also barely cut. To top it off, the bread twists wereundercooked and still doughy. I never post reviews but I had ordered food and after 3 hours it was put out for delivery. An hour later still did not get my... food. After 4 hours I just canceled it. I asked for a full refund. I gave it a few days because refunds may take time. Stillhave not received one. Read more
I am an over the road truck driver and broke down on the side of the road on 255 waiting for someone to come for repairs. My... husband and I have been sitting here since 8 am this morning 4-10-22 and was getting hungry. I called several places but no onewould deliver to us even after explaining I would walk to Weber Car Wash. So I called this Domino's and spoke with the managerand she said it would be no problem to deliver there for us. I want to give a big shout out to this store for going above andbeyond to help us. Worst online ordering experience ever. 1 1/2 hrs to receive order. When I tried calling the store it took 39 minutes to get... through. When someone finally did answer the phone and I ask about an update on my order I was told it was coming out of theoven now. 45 minutes later I finally received pizza. Tonight was the worst experience i?ve ever had with dominos. Originally they had forgotten our drink and had to go back to the... store to get it. Totally cool with that, mistakes happen. However, upon opening our food we noticed that the pasta we orderedhad almost nothing inside. I mean, it was like a single layer of noodles, just barely making sure the bottom of the pan wasmostly covered. So we called and talked to the store manager Matthew about it. Matthew definitely did not have good customerservice. Definitely just seemed like he was annoyed with us, but he did eventually say he would remake it and send it over withthe soda. A few minutes pass and we get a voice mail from Matthew asking us to call him back. After we called him back he askedif we started eating the food, which we said yes to (because from our experience, restaurants can?t take food back and we?re notabout to be wasteful). Matthew then told us that since we started eating it, he couldn?t correct the order, as that was us?accepting it?. We were not okay with this. So after some back and forth arguing we told him he could take back the remainder ofthe pasta and he would still bring us a new order. When the delivery driver finally came back, she laughed at us. Veryunprofessional. Then to top it off our soda was warm and instead of replacing our pasta, they just brought us a pasta bowl withmelted cheese only. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I have never gotten dominoes at this location, nor had it in a few years. Grabbed 2 pizzas. This location is so awesome. Great... employees, very clean with plates,napkins and utensils to go. Probably the best pizza I've had in awhile. Kudos to the workersbecause they are Killin it!! Thank you! Read more
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Domino's! . They were crazy busy at the time I came in to get my pizza. The... manager, Amber, was absolutely grace under fire. She was kind, very sweet and working so hard. The other employee I saw, whileworking hard and rushing around to keep up, actually looked happy. Its rare to see happy workers at a fast food place. The placewas very clean, all safety protocols followed, and my pizza was hot, made the way I like, and the wait time was reasonable. Iwill be back for sure!! I normally wouldn't write a review for a pizza place, but Amber and her crew weren't something you seeeveryday, so I had to sing their praises. Read more
