I so disappointed? today is Veterans Day and certain franchises participate in giving a free meal to veterans today. McDonald?s... is one of those participants, I went to get a free meal, drove thru the drive thru and showed my ID and pointed at the ?veteran?and said I was getting the free meal for veterans, the lady looked at me all she said was ?umm no?? and I said politely again?oh I?m just showing this for the military/veterans free meal for Veterans Day? and she goes ?umm no that?s not a thing?. Ididn?t even have the energy to fight this at a McDonald?s so I just paid for my meal and left, but I?m so disappointed, I havethe website pulled up that literally says they give a free meal for veterans. Idk if I?m being singled out for being a younglooking veteran but I DID my service, I broke both of my legs overseas and yet still finished my time of service. I?m justdisappointed? Read more
I really don?t like to leave reviews but this seriously needs to be said. I placed an order through the drive-through and of... course the order was wrong, so I went inside to get it fixed and what I saw was horrible. Place was disgusting and the kitchenfrom what I could see from behind the counter was beyond nasty!! Worst part was a man cooking fries and eating a burger at thesame time. It's a little odd that in November of 2022 a major fast food establishment That aside, if you're going to post hours in which... the lobby is open for carryout, one may reasonably expect that the doors would not be locked during the time frame listed. Ithought that this was supposed to be a business, not a "when we feel like it" hobby. Read more
If I was the district manager, I?d be firing all of the managers at this location. Absolutely disgusting atmosphere. Floors are... sticky, windows are dirty, and it smells very bad in there. Read more
The order was wrong. We returned it to get it fixed and they got ot wrong again. They third time it was correct but the ... burger was extremely greasy. Read more
It was 10:40am when we arrived at this place and placed our order I mean it's not rush hour just jet, but my burger seems to... just be done in a hurry, that mayonnaise does not go on the edge as far as I know, I mean I guess this is fast food as we knowit. Not to mention, but I wasn't standing at the counter to ask for some buffalo sauce and the Manager walked past me, when sheclearly saw me standing there to place an order. All McDonalds should realistically be the same quality, however, this is never the case. This particular McDonalds during this... visit provided a very hot and fresh double quarter pounder which is the most underrated fast food burger. Rating: 3.8 out of 5. Read more
I went inside to order my meal. And when I got the meal it was a completely different meal. This place has gone down hill. A... couple of years ago there was a man lying dead in his truck outside the parking lot. It is disgusting and I feel we can?t takeit any longer. I also feel there have been drug deals in the parking lot recently. Read more
