We were on our way home from Gatlinburg. We were getting hungry. Googled places to eat. The picture menu looked very appealing.... Lots to choose from. The fish and Cole slaw was very good. Finally stopped in after driving by this place a number of times. Waited on quickly. However, food arriving took some time.... Normally in today?s world I wouldn?t count off too much for that but the food was cold when it arrived which meant it was agingsomewhere before it got to my table. We stopped here on our way back up from TN. SUPER glad we did! (Great choice Holli!) It's decor is super cute without being... kitschy or overdone. The sign says Betty's OK Country Cooking Lies. All lies! We all had the breakfast buffet. I had tall,fluffy biscuits, covered in absolutely tasty sausage gravy with a pile of crispy bacon and a few sausage patties. We topped itoff with pie! My butterscotch slice was to die for and I'm the coconut, chocolate and house pecan were too ???? Shoutout toSara, our waitress, who couldn't have been sweeter! We had the best experience. Our first time trying this place and it was amazing. The best and friendly waitress. Her name was... Karen. So please ask for her . We will be back again.
