Compared to other KFCs I've ate at, this location and the Columbia (KY) locations do an incredible job with the restraunt, and... how they handle getting those orders out. Food was tasty, fresh and staff was friendly. This location friendlier then the otherwhile also going thru a current GM change which always are stressful times but regardless friendly to the customers and hasn'teffected the food anyway so far. Terrible restaurant. Ordered online and the app said my order was ready. I go in and it isn't. Gonna be another 20 minutes... (after waiting 30 minutes already). They wouldn't substitute for other food and were out of cole slaw. This was at 6:30pm.Ridiculous. I called customer service and got a refund and filed complaint. Won't be back. Manger was very rude and acted like Iwas the one in the wrong for them being out of food. Read more
Had to wait to order food. After ordering and sitting to wait for food was told they were out of biscuits (how do you run out of... biscuits?). Offered to switch to a side or cookie or wait. Chicken tenders were excellent. Potatoes and slaw normal. Fries didnot taste fresh. Chicken sandwich left a lot to be desired. Restaurant was very clean. Overall average at best Read more
During the day the service and food is wonderful but for some reason when you order at 8:30 which is an hr and a half before... they close, they forget how to work. We ordered the 12 piece bucket with the gallon of tea. 2 orders of mashed potatoes andgravy, corn, and coleslaw. They were out of legs, breast, biscuits, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Also we ordered itonline??They gave us Mac and cheese in place of mashed potatoes and forgot the tea. You don?t close till 10pm so there?s noreason you should be out. Read more
They gave me half a gallon of soda for free (with the purchase of food, obviously,) food was hot and well cooked, staff was very... friendly and offered to let us wait for fresh biscuits, ate until I was stuffed, totally amazing macaroni & cheese. 10/10. Read more
kentucky has kentucky fried chicken (SHOCKER) it's very nice and i love it, especially when it's really raw and dry. 10/10... totally recommend. heres me just eating kfc chicken at home after getting takeaway. I got the 12 wings to go with no sauce. I live 30 minutes away in Burkesville. I had to ride a van for transportation. The... van was $70.00.the wings were too hot and spicy and I can't eat hot and spicy stuff. They should have told me the wings werehot and spicy. I asked for Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes and gravy instead. I spent $68.00 here and I couldn't eatthe wings so I had to throw them away. Read more
Amazing friendly staff. I've been there a few times and the first time wasn't able to get the 12 piece leg bucket I wanted. I... guess they only make so much chicken but was told if I want a special order to call it in. I told them to have it ready by 6pmand Finally!! I was able to get those delicious pieces I wanted without being disappointed. I Love the food. Wish they wouldmake more than 4 pot pies at a time cause me a my family love them. Read more
