Visited drive thru at 10:50pm. There was a car at the pickup window when I drove by so I know they were still open (closing time... for this drive thru is supposed to be midnight.) I sat at the speaker for 8 minutes. While there, a truck pulled up behind me,waited 5 mins, then left. I never had anyone wait on me. Drove away, as I passed the pickup window, an employee was looking outthe window laughing. Way to drop the ball, Columbia McDonald's. Will not be back. Read more
my boyfriend and i went to this location today on 8/30/22. The food was not hot when we got it AND to make this review even... better, my boyfriend got sick of off the food hours later. Terrible location. Do not recommend. Read more
Most of the time, the food is okay. Nuggets and fries are the best things this location offers. Some of the people are friendly,... the rest just stare and are rude. I'm not sure what it is, but when you go through the drive through, their second window whereyou pick up the food the air rushing through smells like 50 year old sewage and oil. Needs closed for a week and big maintenancedone. No problems with food or being made wrong, though. Read more
Management was very rude, denied they made a mistake (failed to put the patty in my burger. Just cheese, bun, and ketchup.), and... refused to do anything to make it right. Usually I love grabbing some McDonald?s but I will most definitely not be stopping hereEVER again; and would DISCOURAGE anyone from going here if you enjoy friendly staff or food that is what you ordered. Visited drive thru on 8-9-22 @ 6:30pm staff very slow. They gave me drink as soon as I pulled up. 5 min after seeing bags on... counter I had to ask what the delay was. I was told was waiting on food to cook. Non of it was HOT, some just warm. Had friedpies and they were completely cold. Read more

Drove thru for breakfast as I normally do a few times a week. Ordered my favorite, steak egg and cheese bagel. Left and drove... to a shady area to eat. Unwrapped my sandwich to find bacon not steak. Drove back got in line again ( I have one leg notworking and try staying off of it as much as possible ) told the girl I got the wrong sandwich and she changed it. Got back tomy shady spot, opened my sandwich again and this time it was steak but so over cooked it looked like a hockey puck. Went backagain and this time I went in and politely explained that the sandwich was inedible. I waited a while and they brought meanother, and said here it is hot off the grill. So went back to my spot, opened the sandwich ( which I should have done beforeI left ) and it was even worse than the one before. This time I had to go in because I just wanted a refund and go somewhereelse. I was still very polite and said I'm sorry but I can't eat this, it's over cooked to the point it's like a rock. Shesays this is the third time you brought it back. Yes, but the first time it was wrong the second and third were ruined. Andshe replies, well we can't help it, cause that's the way they come off the grill. Well here is a hint, lady with the attitude,maybe take them OFF the grill before they become hockey pucks.
