Ice cream is alright, that's about where the quality ends, though. Food is highly overpriced, and the food received was mediocre... at best, I had a simple cheeseburger, cheeseburgers are good, pretty hard to mess up? right? apparently not, it was terriblequality, and *very* overpriced, I'd steer clear, the Wendy's across the street is far higher quality, and cheaper. Worst experience ever! I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I waited over 45 minutes for my mobile order told 1 that it was coming... then 20 minutes later to be told they don't know what I'm talking about they never received it even tho it was on the stallscreen saying they received it and was in kitchen etc. No apologies finally got food with missing item and condiments. Couldn't get slush they said and gave me shake .. I use to LOVE sonic and now it's a last resort to wanna eat there. Read more
Sonic is normally a good place to eat. But not this one. First, the spot we pulled into NEVER answered the red button. So we... moved. Next,, We ordered. The sign said order being processed. A long time. So long that the car next to us who came in andordered after us got their food before us. Third, when we got our food it had SAT in the kitchen so long the fries were COLD! My sandwich was just barely warm. Food tasted good, but service was worse than any other restaurant I have been to. I won't beback to this Sonic-ever. Read more
I stopped at Sonic for a quick iced tea on my way home. After receiving the wrong drink order and letting the carhop know,... instead of a thank you or an apology she became rude like it was my fault. What is wrong with the teenagers working the serviceindustry these days?
