Absolutely delicious bbq and so easy to work with! We had 410 BBQ cater for our wedding rehearsal dinner and everything went... perfectly. The mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, pulled chicken, pulled pork, and ribs were huge hits among our guests.Gary was incredibly responsive to our questions and followed up with us after our event to make sure we were satisfied with thefood and our experience. Just tried this food truck for the first time & the food was delicious. Had the ribs, brisket, Mac & cheese, Cole slaw, and... green beans. Everything was very tasty and the portion sizes were big. Will definitely recommend this business & will bevisiting again! Read more
