We had our kid's birthday party here and it was wonderful. The food station was well-decorated. Food was impressively delicious.... Hostess was very kind and accommodating. Kids really had a blast bowling and then playing in the arcade, and that's really thebottom line. Read more

Fun spot to go bowl with friends. Some nights it's league night so they turn on the lights and turn off the music. There's... arcade games, food and a bar. Tipping is minimum 18% here with Covid. There is plenty of parking in the front. They also haveunlimited bowling some nights after 8 pm Read more

I called ahead to make sure there were open lanes, and reached someone right away who answered, so that was a plus! (That has... not been my experience calling other bowling alleys.) We arrived around 6pm, and I was surprised that the lights were down andblacklight on at that time of day. We were able to pay for our games and get a lane right away. We bring our own shoes, sodidn't rent them. The games were about $8 each, and shoe rental was around $6. There were huge tvs on all across the front (overthe bowling pins), playing 3 different kids shows- cartoon network and other similar things. That was pretty distracting to me,and I didn't really see the purpose, but maybe some people like it? I would say overall, it was a bit of sensory overload, butoverall about what I expect from a bowling alley. We bowled, and enjoyed it, and would return. There is an arcade, bar, andsnack shop, but we didn't visit any of those. Read more

Bowlero in Columbia is a great family bowling establishment for the whole family. It is so much more than an bowling alley. It... has plenty of lanes plus a bar, kitchen, arcade/game, small space to dance , table and chairs to eat, lockers for regulars, clean bathrooms and a nice photo opt area. They are able to host corporate, private, school and camp events. My whole family hada great time (ages 3 to 55 were in attendance). All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. John W. Street the GeneralManager and his staff made sure every customer was treated with respect. They were clean, friendly, and helpful. I also love thefood and portions sizes. Thank Mr. Street and all of the Bowlero staff. Keep up the great work. Read more

FALSE ADVERTISING: Prior to arriving I went to their website to view their specials and open bowling times. They advertise... online and at the alley "Unlimited Wednesdays" for $15.99 shoes included from 9pm to Close. I arrived just after 9pm Wednesdayto a mostly packed alley as league bowling was going on. I ask for an open lane and was told that lanes won't be available untilafter 9:30pm. I stand there next to the front desk at the entrance and wait for an hour. While I'm waiting I see more bowlerscoming in for another league as the current league going on is wrapping up. Not once did anyone at the front desk whichconsisted of 3 females including I assume the manager approached me to update me on being able to bowl anytime soon. The staffwas rather Goofing off with each other and staring down at their smartphones most of the time. After standing there for an hourI gave up and left. This was my first time coming back to this alley since it was rebranded Bowlero. I was planning to startcoming regularly but not anymore. As a web developer who works on websites daily I cannot stand false misleading information onbusiness websites. So heads up, there is no such thing as Unlimited Wednesdays at this alley. Seems like the prices went up andthe quality of customer service went down. Read more

It's better to go bowling here as it's a bowling alley but if you're on a break and want to play a few games, it's not bad at... all. I was expecting a large room with a lot of arcade games but it was a smaller room sectioned off from the bowling alley.Still the selection was pretty good. It'll be fun for the kids. Read more
