We went to lunch on Dec. 1st and it was only three of us. We waited a long time and when our lunches were served, the food was... luke warm and the waitress did not serve our salads before our meals. We had to wait for our salads which came almost when wewere finished with our meals. Our waitress was nice but seemed distracted and not attentive and we had to get up from our tableat least three times to ask for water refills, napkins, and had to look for her to pay the bill. The waitress should have atleast provided a free dessert or discount. Also, it was cold in the restaurant. Had to eat with our coats on. Probably, notgoing back. Read more

This was recommended to me by a colleague. I got the ravioli also by recommendation. The food was pretty good. The wait to get... the check however was very long. Granted, it was a party of 15 or so. I think we all waited nearly an hour to get our checks.Don't that let that detract from going here though. Just ask for the check after you order. ???? Read more

We took advantage of their "buy one pizza--get one free" promotion. I cannot rave enough about the veggie pizza. It was very... colorful and appetizing with the variety of veggies, and surprisingly delicious. If you love veggies like I do, you will findthis pizza heavenly. Read more

We've been here many times in the past, but it's been a while. Dinner out with my wife. The pizza, wood-fired, was as great as I... remembered it to be. The waitstaff was wonderful. Visited with some friends a few weeks ago. After sitting for the nearly the whole meal while we waited on our entrees to be... slowly brought out separately we finally had to ask for the check so we could leave for our appointment even though we hadn’tfinished eating. I never did receive my pizza ordered. When I asked the waitress she said she forgot to put it in. I gave themanother chance. My husband and I ordered to go tonight so we would know what we wanted would get ordered. After picking it upand getting home, we were given a plain pepperoni pizza instead of the much anticipated ultimate Bertuccis pizza. When we got there, the ambiance was very professional and well-kept. But everything else was very low balled. Our drinks,... especially my lemonade I got tasted strange. And even though we had gotten there first before others did, we still got our foodafter them which I find strange. In total, we spent around 20 minutes waiting for a singular pizza that ended up being quitedisgusting, along with the service being quite iffy as well.
