First & last time here. We got there when they opened and there was no one to greet us since they were all in the back getting... Halloween candy ready. Service was slow & no one seemed to care. The boneless chicken wings were overcooked and dry, the buffalochicken wrap was missing the blue cheese dressing, when asked for it got ranch instead & the 10 BBQ wings were also dry &missing the veggies & ranch. The only saving grace were the french fries, they were warm & fresh. How does a wing place mess upwings & blame it on the fryer not being ready?? We definitely won't be back to waste money on overcooked food & inattentiveservice. Read more
Pretty surprised they earned 3-Stars. Place was empty and the service was so incredibly slow. Took forever to be greeted. Took... forever to ?make? a beer. The food took a ridiculous amount of time to come out, I sat without mine while everyone ate. Waitressdidn?t check on us. Forgot items. We could?ve left without paying & nobody would?ve noticed. Customer Service does not exist inthe place. I could?ve saved my $113 & had a better experience @ truck stop. Read more
My dining experience can be summed up in just two words: lousy and detestable. As a fervent supporter of BWW for most of my... life, I can earnestly say this was the last time I will ever go. What used to be a great sports bar to go with friends onFriday and Saturday nights has become an atrocious establishment filled with a distinct lack of worth ethic coupled with poormanagement. The food, as another individual pointed out, is edible. That's it. There is nothing spectacular about it. I'munaware of what goes on in the kitchen, but the food provided at BWW is akin to frozen food I can just as easily heat up in amicrowave, for a fraction of the cost. I spent $40 on wings, fries, and one drink. This is the price you would expect to pay ata nicer establishment with a myriad of choices. The service is where this particular restaurant pales in comparison to allothers. Our server was just awful, and I could tell they wanted to be anywhere else. Several things were forgotten, our orderwas incorrect, and they attended to requests with resentment and contempt. The cleanliness is equivalent to what you'd see in agas station bathroom. It's no wonder this place was quiet for a Saturday night. Tables were not wiped down, menus were notreadily available, and my skin was crawling when I got the impression that this place has had health code violations in thepast. I'm unsure of what I expected from a chain restaurant with an ostensibly strong reputation, but I will not be returningto Buffalo Wild Wings, and I urge others to do the same. Read more
I have always had good experience with this bdubs! I always order togo and I am deeply satisfied with the food.
I've ordered delivery several times. The wings generally aren't crisp, but they are a little larger than other wing places. I... usually throw them in the air fryer for a bit to get them a little crispier. My orders have always been accurate. Wings takelonger to prepare than other "fast foods" so the turn-around time has seemed acceptable to me. Read more
This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a BWW in a long time. There was no one in the front to greet and have... you seated. We waited until one worker passing by told us we can sit. The waiter took a while to come to us. After our order wastaken we waited over 30 minutes for our food. We were ordering food for a family of 4 so it wasn?t a lot. She then got one of myorders incorrect completely and then when my food came out it was terrible. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was soovercooked and hard that I had to send it back. I refused to wait another 30 minutes so I did not order. My husband and sonordered wings and the wings were disgusting they were dry and burnt (I attached a picture). The waiter didn?t even offer usrefills on our water which is unbelievable. When I received the check it was incorrect so I had to wait additional time untilthat was corrected. I love BWW but I will never visit this location again and I strongly suggest neither do you unless you wantbad service and bad food. What a waste of money we spent tonight. Read more
Ordered the 10 boneless wings bundle. Receipt even confirmed it. The bag stated that a worker had checked the order. I opened it... up when I got home and it was 5 bone in wings. I called up and after 20 minutes in hold the manager tells me I can get a refundwithin 8-9 days. It's been two weeks and NOTHING on my credit card statement. I've disputed the charge and I'm never comingback. If you enjoy wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours with the sauce soaked into them then this placeis for you! Read more
Bartender I think her name is Venus, African American girl with the face piercings. Super rude, I stood at the bar for 10 mins... as she looked at me and ignored me . It was not a busy day, there was only me and 2 others there. This was my first time here ina while, but the group of friends I came with is a regular and said that she is consistently rude to them also. She does notwant to work, and does not want to be there. I complained to the manager and he told me that this is a complaint that thereceive all the time and the GM isn?t doing anything about it . Why she is still employed there is beyond me.. it?s a servicejob. I can see why the bad is empty at dinner time. Nobody wants to be around such rude bartender. Hopefully managementhandles this.
