This chick fil A doesn?t grasp the concept of fresh fries! I?ve never experienced going to the same chick fil A and the same... thing happens every time! My fries are NEVER hot and fresh. Since they deleted my original review, I'll leave another one so yal really know wassup! I'll keep it short.... if you aren't... Hispanic, you can forget about getting any quality customer service at this location. And the girl that handles the curbsideorders in the photo from the other review is so unprofessional. I have had several encounters with her and she either doesn'tspeak or she'll say "hey" and shove the bag of food in your window. Do better with hiring your staff. NOW DELETE THAT! Read more
Went through drive-thru. My order was a large one. The girl handed it to me in a paper bag. When I reached for it the bag tore... and I almost lost the order. Thank goodness I was able to catch the bag. My foot was on the brake and came off because I wastrying to catch the bag. Thank the Lord no one was in front of me.The manager handed my a sturdy plastic bag to put everything.When we pulled of the order was missing a few items so I pulled around through the drive- thru they turned of the lights. So Ipulled around to the window the manager locked the window. I had to yell and blow my horn to get someones attention. Said to themanager...you forget some items in my order. She then said...I didn't forget anything! Wow what a disrespectful manager. Willnever go back there again. I saw another manager and explained what happened and he said he would speak to her. All the whilethe employees were in there laughing at me. They were all facing my way talking and laughing about me complaining. Such a rudeplace to spend my money! Read more

I come to this location on my lunch break whenever I feel the itch for some fast food. I placed a curbside order. The order came... out pretty quickly; however the server did not speak or smile. She -saw my face- and threw the bag in my window and walked away.There was no ?have a good day? or anything. I was shocked and honestly confused because this is Chic-fil-a, home of the bestservice. I was concerned, so I went inside of the store to speak with a manger. The manger was empathetic and told me he wouldspeak with the server. This place has never salted their fries as long as I?ve been coming here so the fries are always tasteless and usually my food... has come out cold. I used to really enjoy this location but for some reason lately things have gotten worse and worse. More than once (4 times) at... night I have gotten food that tastes very old and chewy. Not to mention it seems like all the staff are irritated at night orsomething. Anyway, this last time I placed a mobile order for my food when I realized how awful the food was I contacted thestore about a refund since this happened several times before without me making a big deal about it. I contacted them on the17th it is now October 20th and everyone is acting like they dont remember speaking to me and everyone is giving me the runaround saying the store manager is never there. I have been calling back to back for the last 2 days. I'm officially done withthis Chick fil a and maybe all of them because it seems the standard of excellence is dropping dramatically and I'm quite tiredof giving my money to organizations that make it clear they don't care about the quality they provide only the money they getfrom consumers.
