This is a pretty good chick-fil-a. It seems though, every time I go they're doing that pay for the person behind you thing. I... don't know if I'm always lucky or what but mine always ends up to be about even. I'm happy for that. I will be upset if I wasthat person that got that huge order and had to end the chain. I know this review was a little bit off but I'm just honestlyhappy it didn't happen to me. The Chick-fil-A is pretty uneventful as far as most Chick-fil-A's go. Eat here all the time but this one specific time I had a bad experience turn into a great experience and I?ll explain? ordered... my food at curbside and was waiting for over 10 mins while the app said my food was on the way out. Thought nothing of it.Wasn?t until 15-20 mins of waiting that I knew something was up so I gave them a call and explained that I was waiting for 20mins and he told me they had accidentally gave my order to someone else? I said it?s ok but can you throw in a extra fry in thatcase and he agreed. After waiting for now 25 mins their line got even longer as dinner time approached and the manager calledback and said ?we didn?t forget about you we will give u extra fry?s and extra Mac and cheese?. At about minute 30 of nowwaiting on my order?(get this) The manager himself walked my order to my car In the pouring rain and gave a sincere apology.Moral is, the store had made a mistake at first but it was the way they bounced back and executed with efficiency and integritythat earned this store and their management 5 stars all day? Do a ton of traveling and easily the worst chick-fil-A I?ve ever encountered. Fries were mushy almost like they were microwaved... and thrown in a box. We did a curb side pickup. The ordering process, check in and delivery went so smooth. Very efficient and quick. Food as always... delicious. Updating my review to May. 2022. After years of great service. we had a very negative experience. We sat in the carfor 15 mins after it said the food is on the way. Gave up and went to the store and found it sitting on the table unattendedwith no proper communication from the front desk. We drive back and it is past 9pm and we are starving . Hubby takes a bite andspits it out saying there is a hair in the sandwich . Yucked out we through it in the trash. I take a bite and feel somethingstringy yep hair in my sandwich tangled up in the lettuce. Grossed up threw everything in the trash. Thats how our dinner wasruined. Not sure will be going back again. I have never been disappointed in the food or service. I love this as an alternative to the other fast food options.
