AVOID! Placed an online order for pickup at 6:50p on a Thursday, app said ready by 7p... 8:15, still didn't get my order. Had to... leave and call corporate to get my refund. 30+ people waiting for to-go orders from at least 7-8p, most never got theirs, orwaited over an hour. A consistent stream of 20+ people in the walk-in line, all got served, but very slowly. No manager presentto address the crowd, no attempts by staff to resolve the problem. Despite their years of online ordering experience, Chipotlestill has no real-time monitoring or time-stamping to accurately reflect when an order is ready, and stores still don't have theability to shut off or limit to-go orders when over-loaded. Their kitchens simply can't handle the volume. This is not fair tothe employees or the customers trying to get timely meals. There are two other fresh burrito/bowl style spots nearby, I'dsuggest trying one of those first, especially during lunch or dinner. Oh, and as usual, had I received my meal, they were out ofguac. This location isn?t as good as it used to be. The funny thing is any time I go to a Chipotle in Baltimore the food and... cleanliness is better, you?d think it would be the opposite. I just think the overall problem is the management, when you havegood management you have good employees that care, when you have poor management or a person who?s in over their heads it willshow. The fact the food production is a problem along with the sanitation is why I believe that it?s ultimately the one incharge, they know what?s going on and they either don?t care or don?t adequately understand how fix it. I order a chicken bowl for pick up and they give me shredded beef, how you mix up shredded beef for chicken and you already... messed it up and there is no meat, lettuce or cheese. Every time I go to this chipotle there is always a mistake with my orderand I?m on my lunch break to get back to the office and my order is incorrect. Can they read at this restaurant. I will never goback to this restaurant and then you can never reach anyone in the phone very poor customer service. If I could give a zero Iwould. Ive been going here for years, and have never experienced this in my life. It seems a lot of the old staff is gone, and the new... people are beyond rude and unprofessional. The second person of the assembly line was awful! We thought the first one had anattitude, but the second employee had her beat! She was upset because we requested the lettuce be changed out. There was a bigbin of old brown lettuce clearly going bad. It looked they rinsed it water and kept telling us all of the lettuce look likethat. We finally had to tell them we worked for the health dept, show our badge, and politely request for a different batch. Shebrought a new one out that looked WAY BETTER! Next thing I know, she started THROWING and SLAMMING our food on the counter. Itwas insane ???? People behind us agreed the lettuce was OLD and looked ROTTEN.
