Tried Chop chop salad for the first time and decided to go the non traditional way and got a wrap. The food was tasty but the... dressing was very watery and I can?t tell what taste it was supposed to add to the food. Kinda spendy for salad. It was good. What was memorable was that they were experiencing some sort of technical issue (I... guess?) and could not process anyone's card for payment. There was a family in front of us with 2 hungry kids, food alreadymade, bagged....and they couldn't process the guy's payment. Now he had a verifiable high end credit card/bank card -- andyet???? The guy had to leave without his food, it sat there in a bag, presumably got thrown out since it was made to order...NOT his fault they couldn't process the payment. If we hadn't had cash, we would have left food-less too! I offered to payfor the family's food, but the guy was clearly irritated by the whole interaction & thanked me but declined. We live incredibly close to Arundel Mills Mall and have a slew of choices outside our door to go to ... and we drive to Columbia... Mall just to go to Chop Chop Salad. No other salad place near us compares to this one. Love it! Read more

I ordered a caesar salad (normally $7.50) but with a different dressing and they charged $15. So firstly clearly a rip off but... then i tried the salad and the dressing (chipotle ranch) was watery with little flavor and the chicken was so dry you needed adrink close by to be able to swallow. So if you want a salad, do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store, buy the ingredientsand all of that will be less than what this place charged and you'll be able to make multiple salads. I paid 16 for a salad exactly the way I wanted it only to get home snd it was all Mushy and not even appetizing looking if you... were going to get your food to go do not get it chopped up or the dressing on it.
