Ordered a caramel pecanbon, my receipt says that, but I was given a regular Cinnabon. I didn?t realized until I drove all the... way home. Came all the way back and the same girl who rung me up and messed up my order just takes my bag with no apology, andtries to add the toppings to the now 35 minutes old cold one. I had to ask for her to give me an entire new one. Firstly, theCinnabon is now cold and secondly I doubt this is the best practice with COVID-19. Doubt I?ll be back to this location due tothe incompetence. I will be contacting corporate as well. Read more

Ordered food.. 2 Pizza pretzels to be specific. Also ordered cinnastix. Pizza was great cinnasticks were fairly greasy however... still good. Cashier did not want to serve tap water told us it wasn't safe insisted we buy bottled water we didn't becausebuying water is stupid and the water was fine. I think the cashier was high. Read more
Payment machines are sub standard configuration. Felt uneasy having to enter my own card information into the machine where it... could be stolen by the people behind me. I would have left if my little daughter did not have her heart set on a cinnabon. Read more

Today I visited the Cinnabon in the columbia mall and I wanted to take a moment to write a really nice review! Every time I go... there, the staff are always really nice, the place is spotless, service is fast and the goodies are ALWAYS hot and fresh!
