Pizza is always sooo good and fresh. Its my Go to place for any food honestly. I hope they don?t disappoint in the future
For what it is, it's actually not bad. Even compared to 20 years ago, Domino's has definitely improved. As a parent with... insanely picky kids, the various crust styles offered are very welcome. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! DONT DO IT!!! BAD QUALITY FOOD, OVER COOKED & TASTELESS & SMALLEST LARGE PIZZAS IVE EVER SEEN, SEE THE... PICTURES SEEMS SMALLER THEN MOST OTHER DOMINO'S LOCATIONS. I ORDERED LARGE SPECIALTY PIZZAS AND GOT THESE. BOX SEEMS SMALLER BUTPIZZA WAS WAY SMALLER THEN THE BOX. COMPARE THE PIZZA TO A REGULAR SODA BOTTLE.... PIZZA ALSO WAS NOT AS GOOD AS OTHER DOMINO'SLOCATIONS IN VIRGINIA I ORDER FROM. I REGRET PLACING THE ORDER .... ONLY POSITIVE WAS IT CAME VERY FAST AND DRIVER WAS VERYPOLITE A WELCOME AWESOME THING. I ordered a pizza and wings and the tracker said it was delivered but I did not receive my pizza or wings even though I checked... the box for the traditional delivery. I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes and decided to hang up and drive downand then tried calling again and I was on hold for another 18 minutes up until I got to the store and then received a call frommy wife saying that they had just delivered the pizza. I went into the store to speak to the manager and he did not care one bithe did not pay attention to me and blamed it on having bad Internet did not offer anything to compensate first Be horriblecustomer experience and secondly the waste of time that I have to do and drive down to their store Read more
I called confused as to why the XL pizza only comes with 6 slices when a large comes with 8. The clown that answered the phone... told his manager to come to the phone cause my call was taking too long. Homie forgot his courage only rested in the fact I wason a call and not on site. This type of lazy and poor customer service is why people are moving away from these cookie cutterpop-ups. Read more
Update 08/2022 - This store accepted online orders on 8/6/22 however their internet was supposedly down, so many people showed... up, did not get anything they ordered (and paid for). Even worse, the employee at the store did not answer the phone, saw thatpeople were knocking on the door and stood there completely useless. Had it not been for an arriving delivery driver (which,how were they making deliveries if their internet was down?) explaining the situation we would have had no idea. Days later, noword on a refund, and the useless employees/ manager don't even pick up the phone. This location NEVER makes pizzas correctly. There's always uneven slices, poorly distributed ingredients, and never enough sauce. Today we ordered a pan pizza, withextra sauce and there was absolutely NO sauce on the pizza. This seems to specifically happen with pan pizzas. They're usuallyvery lacking in sauce despite the fact we always request extra, but this is the first time they've left it off entirely. IDKwhat is going on at that location but they're not giving customers what they pay for. Corporate will be hearing about this. Read more
I placed an order at 11:40pm for delivery. I received a message on the site while browsing that as long as I place it by... midnight it would be delivered. If they are short staffed or don?t have a driver I can an understand, but a courtesy call at theleast dang. I was expecting my food for the past 20 mins. I could have ordered somewhere else if I knew they cancelled the order4 minutes after placing. Too late now. Read more
