The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. However, the arguing between the staff makes me never want to visit here... again. Management needs to step in and take care of staff issues. Now I understand why the line is so long and it takes morethan 5 minutes to get your order. They also did not have plates fir dining in.....sad..... Read more
I called the restaurant and no one picked up so I had no choice but to place an online order. I placed an order of a 16 piece... bucket. I arrived to the restaurant and the doors are locked so I went through drive thru. That is when I am told they have nomore chicken. Whilst placing the order they asked me for a contact number. No one called to inform me of this issue before Idrove all the way to the restaurant. Then it was another headache getting a refund and looking for somewhere else to eat at thislate evening. Wish I could give a zero, your location on google maps says you?re open until midnight but when I pull up at 11:00 the employees... want nothing to do with me and aren?t willing to even engage with me on a human level. Just yelling thru the glass. I work infood and I know how demanding the job is, but I wouldn?t dream of treating customers in that way. Read more
Ordered a 12 piece chicken strip meal with fries and corn for delivery the other night. The driver ended up bringing someone... else?s order by mistake. No harm, no foul. We got our re-delivery and it was a mess. The 12 piece chicken strips were actually12 ?pieces? of strips and nuggets. The fries were cold as if they had been sitting outside waiting for the delivery driver topick them up. There was no corn, but they sent old mac and cheese in its place. There is someone who works there, that picked up12 pieces of chicken scraps and but them in the bucket to deliver them to a customer. In other words, they had 12 chances tovisually see that what they were doing should have been unacceptable. But that is what we got. I never use this location again. Read more
Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was... outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be awaste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became sohorrible. They no longer offer seating inside. There is zero atmosphere as everything is drive-through. Most disappointing. As for food, I... love the chicken pot pies, but it IS fast food, so 3 stars is the most I can give them. Read more
