I have been coming to this location for 15 years ever since I moved to Columbia, and I can honestly say 8/15/22 will be my last... time coming to Ledo pizza in Columbia and possibly not ever patronizing the restaurant ever again. There were 2 major issuesthat arose: #1. I walked into the restaurant to pick up the pizza I ordered online and the cashier did not greet me, or say"hello" or "how can I help you". She looked at me with a blank stare as if I was not supposed to be there. Her customer serviceskills are terrible & she needs to go. If those are the kind of people Ledo's in Columbia is hiring then I will put the word outto more people not to get pizza there. The previous staff that used to run the restaurant for years were very kind andpersonable. This new staff...not so much. I'm not sure why they feel like they can be rude but if they keep it up, they will beout of business soon. #2. The pizza I ordered was beyond DISGUSTING! It's either they are using very cheap & low-qualityingredients, or the ingredients expired. 5 days later I can still taste the sourness of the pizza in my mouth. If I could give-1 star I would. September 11, 2020 at 8:30 pm, I just picked up the best square pizza I've ever had. I usually refer to square pizza as thin... crust and im not a fan.. on the flip side I have to say these guys on that shift, made the best dang pizza ive ever had.. I'mfrom Texas and with this sweet baby rays complimented by a crunch but soft center I have to give it to these masterminds. Theyknow how to make a pizza..
