Went through the drive-thru. Not sure what was happening inside, but it took them quite a while (~10min) to get the order for... the car ahead of us. We received our order and got a happy meal with no toy. Not our best visit. Read more
Hit or miss for quality, but very convenient, so a frequent stop leaving for work. What brings it up from three stars is that... the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. If they could get more consistency in the food, I would stop more often than I doat Chick-fil-A on Dobbin Rd.. Read more
Asked for steak and my receipt read sausage. Stopped and expressed there was a mistake at the second window. The young lady... said, "Yeah it's steak." Received my order at the third window and showed another young lady the sausage. She requested thereceipt and says, "See its sausage so I don't know." I can understand there being a language barrier but the dismissal of myconcern was ridiculous. Manager was polite and recovered the situation. Read more
This McDonald?s out of all the McDonald?s in Columbia is the worst! I am a delivery driver and a lot of us avoid this McDonald?s... for this very reason! They slow, and you end up have to cancel your order because they spent too much time on thedrive-through! Trying to get someone attention to give you an order that is already been packed up and ready to be delivered.But they ignore you walk right past you and don?t ask you can I help you! On October 4, 2022 I called DoorDash after waitingalmost 30 minutes for an order that was already packed up ready to go! The girls in there ignored me refused to acknowledge meand the gentleman at the cash register just kept on taking orders and wouldn?t walk back there and check for my order! I watchthem talk and do everything but asked me for the number that I was waiting on for my order! I saw her when she packed the bagput the receipt with the number on the outside of the bag and set it to the side! I said hey that bag is for me she continuouslybagging food for the drive-through and ignored me! The guy at the cash register heard me but just kept ignoring me as well!After being frustrated I walked out got in my car and call DoorDash, DoorDash tried calling the store but no one picked up thephone so DoorDash canceled the order. They need to send someone from corporate because this is not the first time and it surelywon?t be the last, they?re unprofessional! Well 8:30a yes ordered alot of food just today the egg mcmuffin - most definitely there was a egg shell in my breakfast... sandwich. Breakfast ruined. WATCH WHAT YOU ARE DOING! TERRIBLE. Wouldn't have expected to be leaving a review for McDonald's, but our experience totally warrants it. I took my daughter here... for her first time. The staff member, Asia, went above and beyond to make it so special for her! She helped my daughter placethe order herself, brought the food over to us (happy meal!), and treated my daughter (with my green light) to an ice cream conesince we were there to celebrate her successfully going to the doctor's. Restaurant was clean, all staff we encountered werefriendly, and Ms. Asia truly was a joy. We'll absolutely come back to this specific location. Thank you, Asia! Read more
DD worker here. They didn't have the order ready and packaged to go until 15 minutes after I got there. Prepared and handed off... other people's orders who ordered AFTER I got there. Won't speak or tell me the status. Only got it after asking TWICE.Ridiculous and lazy management. Read more
Great food. Friendly service. Not the fastest drive through, so be prepared to wait a bit.
