11/9 about 11:30 am- not crowded at all but had at least 4 total employees from what I saw. If I could give -5* I would! If you... like being ignored by the manager and her team when trying to order inside then by all means stop by this location. I have neverfelt so disregarded at any McDonald's location in my entire live! Poor service!!! Management has no idea what they are doing andneeds to be retrained if they were ever trained. We will never go back to this location! Oh and by the way after I returned homewith my food my double quarter I ordered was made with two big mac burgers. From reading the many other poor reviews, the uppermanagement doesn't care either. They seemed confused about what customer service is. Read more
Awful place. Lost the order, which took about 20 minutes for the staff to figure out, so my wife and two young grandsons had to... wait over a half an hour to do a reorder, which the staff then got wrong! I asked for a quarter pounder WITHOUT cheese in theoriginal order. In their do-over, what they gave me was WITH cheese, and bacon (which I did not order or want), and they toldme they didn't have time to remake the hamburger the right way - the way I actually ordered it. They forgot to include thebeverage in the Happy Meals for the kids, which we then needed to re-ask for at the counter, or include the extra ketchups Iasked for in the original order - so, again, a trip to the counter, and finally, got NO apology for all the screw-ups THEYcaused. And, the french fries were cold. But, there is a nugget of really good news here: I and my family clearly DID NOT getfood poisoning, so that's in the plus column! Will I EVER step foot in this MacDonald's again? Not in a million years, even ifwere starving to death. By the way, another customer not in our party was also waiting over 30 minutes (he said) for his order. To note, this was at about 6:45 PM, the place was not crowded, and seemed to have at least 8 staff. I can only imagine thechaos at a busy time, such as lunch. I am awarding one star - reluctantly - because there is not zero star rating, or even moreaccurately, no negative star rating. This was my worst MacDonald's experience in 51 years, since 1971. I ordered from here recently and it was an absolutely horrible experience and result.. I order a filet o fish meal with fries,... 10 pc nuggets, 2 additional filet o fish sandwiches and guess what I got!! 1 stale over cooked filet o fish sandwich, no fries,no McNuggets! This has to be the most epic failure in the history of McDonald?s .. I work odd hours due to my job, which can start as early as 5am.The last several times I've tried the drive thru between 3:30am... and 4:30am, they have been "closed until 5am". This used to only be the case on Tuesdays, but now it seems like everyday, as ithappened on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday last week - same voice. This morning there were 3 cars coming in to get served andfor some unknown reason they were going to "open in ten minutes" and, apparently, no straws. I just want to get a meal beforemy shift. That's all. I'm not trying to be an inconvenience or make your shift tough. Read more
First off get to the window and they have No straws. Then I drive off and find ?lent? on my McGriddle. Realized after biting... into the sandwich and swallowing what felt like cotton or lent. Checked sandwich and saw this. Read more
They say pull up cause your order isn?t ready then they don?t come out and you?re sitting there with your baby in the car seat... sleeping so you can?t move to go in and get it a little quicker, so you go back around not trying to hold up the line and guesswhat the order is still not ready and another 10 mins later you get your drink now you?re about to eat your mcchicken why isthere cheese in there. They are understaffed, the 24hr business doesn?t work for this location the need to shut down like the other locations do, why... advertise your 24hr if you are closed during this time. Either hire more staff at higher wages for shift nobody wants or closedown. This business model is the reason y?all are failing and why this location has one star ratings. Read more
