Girl at the drive through, not the Hispanic one with glasses she?s nice, I?m pretty sure she had some type of black and blond... braids in a scarf, but she was very very very rude and disrespectful, she rushed us and we had a very bad experience and you cancheck the camera and hear how rude she was. I do NOT recommend coming her unless you want bad service, go to the one in theColumbia mall instead of this one. She should get fired. Read more

These people are over rated the customer service be ridiculous they stand around not near the counter but near the packing... section as if your not there waiting for you to ask if their open I think they're so used to children ordering that they have acertain crowd they cater to and with how rude they can be all I wanted was a drink they didn't know the prices off hand so theguy said he don't know the prices he'll have to ring me up and I said ok and then you can take it off if I choose not topurchase he said I can't ???? I frequently eat at this location and almost every time without fail I always get apple pies that are dry and over baked. The... crust is hard and the filling is dried out! I have always wait 12 minutes or more for them to give me fresh ones. Its aterrible! Read more

The worst McDonald's visited so far. You have to wait for a long in the queue. also the employees are not professional and not ... good in english and customer care ! ??- updates after my previous review?? There is no option for -ve star. It should be therefor this type of outlets !!! Tiday i visited this shop and in the bill counter, they said coupons not accepting in this store!! After hearing this , just check with them why this store is so different than other McDonald stores ? They said this storewill not accept any coupons!! Usually i will use the McDonalds mobile app and utilize their deals while ordering. This is thefirst time i heard something like this. I requested the cashier that i want to talk to the manager. I am posting the cashier andstore manger (one lady) photos... the sales man whispered something to the manager and suddenly she said, yes we are notaccepting any coupons here!!
