Never had a problem till today. One Never got my Received my food was disgusting and burnt and kept my change.
They mess up my order about 30% of the time. E.g. cheese pizza when you ordered toppings, no sauce, wrong wing flavor. I try to... fight for a refund and they tell me to ?f off?. Seriously the worst people ever. Read more
We tried to switch to Papa John's from Domino's after one too many problems. The main issue being false information on arrival... times, lies from staff about when items had left, and a complete lack of apology from management. Unfortunately, it turns outwe didn't even get one order into this Papa John's without the ~exact same issue~. Driver took well over an hour to arrive(we're still waiting) and the person on the phone said, "Nothing we can do." I filed a complaint with corporate for a fullrefund and we've washed our hands of this place. Is there nowhere in Columbia with reasonably priced pizza, reliable deliveryservice, and competent staff? Placed a $40 order in the start of the snow on 1/16 after waiting an hour I called the store to check on the status of the... delivery. I was told that the driver would be there soon. I called again after another 20 minutes and was told that my order wasmarked as delivered by a door dash driver ( apparently this store does not have their own delivery drivers) the store has no wayof tracking the order once door dash marks it has delivered. So apparently some driver stole my order for themselves. Now I?mout $40 and have to figure out how to feed my kids after it has now been snowing for 3 hours. I am extremely upset anddissatisfied with how this was handled by papa Johns. When I asked if I can get a replacement order delivered today the rep onthe phone told me that they are about to change to carry out only ???? and I have to wait 2-3 business days for my money toreturn for an order I never received and also find a way to feed my kids. I used to like to order from here, but I won?t be ordering from here anymore. Pathetic pizza that was delivered cold by... Doordash. Whatever happened to Papa John?s own delivery? Read more
I called ahead of time and paid over the phone. My order was ready when I arrived. Pizza was served hot and fresh. Service was... excellent and rapid! We ordered the garden pizza. Read more
Great food and customer service, however, when I went to keep my food warm, a box caught fire and almost burned the rest of the... boxes. Thankfully we were paying attention, although the apartment smells of burnt box now. This is more towards the corporateoffices, rather than this branch which is great. Put warning labels on the boxes not to warm in oven or let us warm our pizza inan oven in the provided box, like other pizza places. Read more
