I noticed there are different people working there now ever since about 2 or 3 years ago. I would say it's a good change because... previous management had extremely poor customer service skills and they were rude. I haven't had any bad experiences with thecurrent staff so I think it's safe to say this place is good again! The last couple times I ordered, the food was fresh andprepared well. I hate writing this, because this location used to be my go-to takeout place. I loved the hawaiian pizza and the honey BBQ... wings. But then suddenly, around a year and a half ago, the quality dropped noticeably. Everything just started tasting ...off. It was never just one thing. I wanted to give it time, see if they just had a new chef and the old quality would justreturn. But this last visit has me convinced that this place is NOT worth going to. The Honey BBQ wings ... oh my god it'slike they had them smothered them in pure vinegar. "Honey" BBQ implies some sweetness, some tang, but these guys clearly don'teven taste their own food anymore. My roommate who loves salt n vinegar flavor couldn't even handle them, they wereunbelievably sour and acidic. I'm convinced that these guys don't have a real chef anymore. I?m disappointed in my experience. I ordered a cheese steak sub and wings and though the sub was mall it did its job. The... chicken on the other hand weren?t what I order they give you options to request things and for what not to be acknowledged. Alsothe wings were cold. Definitely ordered boneless wings... which these are not. I?ve gotten the wrong order multiple times at this point, and I won?t... be ordering from them again. Such a shame considering I?ve always had an awesome experience with the Annapolis, Baltimore, andTowson locations. These guys always have an attitude towards their customers in general and the food is always disappointingoverall. I work in healthcare and sometimes I get home so late they?re one of the only locations still open when I?m tooexhausted to cook for myself, but I?d rather eat a bowl of cereal at this point than waste my money here anymore. I literally live across the street from Pizza Bolis. I order my food for delivery The driver took forever to get my food across... the street 1hr by time the taste of wanting pizza was gone So I ask for a refund and as I type this I'm waiting for my refund tohit my account such horrible service.Fyi I have a car I could've drove or walked there.
