The pizza was fine but the doordash guy kept one of my pizzas. I?d suggest not doing delivery, because I only recieved 3 of the... 4 items on my order. The store made the missing pizza again. Very nice people! Read more
I had the absolute worst experience tonight. I ordered through the app, and 30 min later they texted me and said my order was... out for delivery. Which I though wow that was fast. So 40 minutes later, I get a text from door dash saying Pizza Hut is usingthem to deliver my order. I was confused because of the last text. So I called and someone told me it was still there andwaiting on a driver. Finally at 7:45pm, the driver was on the way to me. He arrived at 8pm, and my order was incorrect. I wasmissing my two drinks, and my hot and saucy boneless wings. I asked the driver where?s the rest of my order. He says ?that?s allthey gave me ?. So now I?m calling back, very irritated, and NOBODY ANSWERS. I continued to call several more times and still noanswer. I ended up calling 9 times before calling customer service to complain. Afterwards I called 6 more times and still noone answered. This is so unprofessional. As a reputable business, they should have better systems in place to handle errors andsuch. Not just ignore the callers. At this point I just want a full refund so I can order somewhere else. But sadly customerservice said it will take 3-5 business days before someone can handle my complaint. This is just ridiculous. Pizza Hut needsbetter management and staff!! Read more
I ordered and paid for 4 pasta dishes, but I only received 3. I called the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one... answered. This was only at 6:30pm so it wasn't late at night. Next I called the call center and they tried to contact thestore, but still no one answered. That was my last order with Pizza Hut. Read more
Ordering was easy, the pizza's were made correctly, and they were ready when they said they would be. Good service.
