July 8th 2022 my order never arrived. Called the store for a refund. They assured me that the Door Dash driver is on their way.... I DIDN'T ORDER VIA DOOR DASH! Despite that red flag and the order already being 2 hours late, I waited an hour more. Uponcalling to cancel no one would answer the phone. Great to know they dont use their own drivers. I'm still waiting on a refundwhich corporate has assured me 3 times within this month that it's being processed. I'd say avoid pizza hut altogether. If notthen avoid this one. Theres no telling how late your order will be since theres no knowing what orders the Door Dash driverprioritizes. Avoid at all costs so you dont get robbed. Read more
It's pizza hut. Good consistent pizza. Deals are good and comparable to the other national chains. Curbside was spot on pizza... was hot a fresh delivered right to the seat of my car. Read more
So, for the first time in the history of GOD AWFUL DoorDash, I got my pizza for the first time. I neverrrrr get the pizza at all... or not without reordering and waiting three hours. I called and spoke to the young man at Pizza Hut and he offered to write anote for the DoorDash guy w specific directions and he did exactly what he said and guess what I GOT MY PIZZA AND FAST! This is one of the oldest pizza huts in Columbia. Today's veggie pan pizza was excellent. Crisp crust. Gooey cheese and tasty... veggies. Service was stellar. The server wore multiple hats: greeter, cashier, cook, and waiter. He did and outstanding job &had a fabulous attitude. Pizza hut needs more staff. This fella shouldn't have to work like a mule. Very cringe-y. Ants, outdated, dark, hot. I had a craving for "sit down pizza hut " it was the only one we could find. I was... excited no one else was in the dining room (when we arrived). When we walked in the young men (employees) looked at us like"what are you doing here?", lol I get it, there's probably not a ton of in person dining happening. But we left as soon as wenoticed more than 20 ants, leaving some food behind because I was starting to itch. Husband said the mens room was so filthy hecouldn't use it to wash his hands. We tossed our brownie for fear ants were crawling in it before we realized how many therewere. Just overall, no thank you. I'm scratching now thinking of it. *shiver * Read more
This Pizza Hut has been in this location for years. It made it through the Pandemic and continues to give great customer... service. The pizza always hits the spot. I like cheese and sausage and sometimes just veggie. Read more
Update: DO not go here. It's only worse now. They didn't even distribute ingredients and had half a pizza of crust and blobs of... red sauce where other spots didn't have cheese. $20 bucks down the drain and no refund. I have a lot of great childhoodmemories with pizza hut and go back there when I would like to revisit it. However I was very dissapointed with my recent pickup for 4 reasons: -the breadsticks weren't cut,they just gave me a slab of flavored bread -they forgot the seasoning on thecrust of the pizza -The overpriced side marinara which cost a 75 cents was cold -ruining of their pan pizza Having grown upon Pizza Hut, especially with personal pans through the "Book It" program, however I have not been happy with the change to the"new" pan pizzas where they essentially threw away every aspect that made the pan pizza special to save on cost... but I wasstill holding on. This bad experience makes me rethink that... To think I would argue with all my friends that Pizza Hut isbetter than Dominos, Papa Johns, even some local Chicago spots. Never again... Read more
Pizza Hut is a known product, and at this location I've had really solid service. Both in pickup and delivery, and in product... quality. I realize many don't like Pizza Hut and that's fine. But as the go-to for when I need something soon. It's more thanadequate. All sad, while you may have opinions on the quality of food, it's really pretty solid in what it delivers in terms ofproduct and service, for me, at this location. Read more
