Reading other reviews maybe I hit them on a bad day. Uninspired cashier, I thought expensive, overall blah... experience. Positives: quick turnaround at dinner time, earth friendly packaging, great food though burger had a weirdconsistency (felt undercooked), fries amazing, water was small (after a 30 minute walk, was quite parched). Sweet tater fries -amazing. Since burger are healthy, thought there might be more healthy sides (can these places start using air fryers?) Not sure what's up with the late night staff but the guys had big attitudes. The one guy put kept touching his face, beard,... scratching his arm all around the food. Then he put gloves on just to play on his cell phone. Then he made my bf's burger andgrabbed the bun and fries with the same hand. The other guy had his ear buds in, even while taking our order and was playing onhis phone with gloves on l while he got our food ready. Not sure if I would go back. I was really excited to try this food toobut that left a bad taste in my mouth. My bf ate his burger and liked it. I had a small bite and it was really good. The friesare really good. The chili is good too but a tad sweet. I felt uneasy eating my food because of the germs from the employeescell phones to grabbing the bun and fries right after but I would try agian, just maybe in the daytime when it's a differentstaff with better attitudes. Today, I thought that I order at the Columbia location; however, when I arrived, it was brought to my attention that I order... food at the wrong location. Two African American staff members, Jaliel and Rachel were beyond extremely nice, helpful, andsupportive. They helped to rectify the situation. Both of them demonstrate superb customer service. I’m so grateful andthankful for them. They truly brought joy to my spirit and made my day. I hope others follow their leadership. They are truerole models for all of us to follow . Thank You! Just tried PLNT Burger and I LOVED it! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger wrapped in Swiss Chard, and it did not disappoint! Immediately... upon biting into this vegan deliciousness, I was taken aback by the Smokey rich flavor. It’s hard to believe it’s not meat,but it isn’t, and that’s the best part! Ok! I love to try new places/foods! This was a hit. Being new,, I asked what came on the sandwiches and they have cards to show... you each condiment. Very helpful. I ordered the #8 Spicy Chik'n Funway with Chili. My friend ordered the #5 steakhouse Burgerwith SP Fries. My chikn sandwich was amazing. There's a hint of spice but not spicy at all. The chili? Never had sweet chili. Imtalking brown sugar sweet! Nope. Gonna pass next time. My friend liked her burger. She doesn't eat mushrooms though. I tastedthe mushrooms and her SP Fries. ???? ???? The garden herb dip just tasted like oil. It's inside of a whole foods store but thereis a counter for you to sit at. You can watch them make your food. There's a picture of a young lady making what looked likeonion rings...but not in a ring. ???? The prices are comparable to other less healthier options. There is ample parking. Was very excited to try PLNT per the previous reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t find it was up to the hype. The burger I got... was their seasonal Baja burger which was quite good, but took an inordinate amount of time to prepare and had just a very tinyscoop of avocado. Their pic had quite a bit of avocado. It was good though!! The service was the main issue. The workers at thefront were on the phone and trying to submit online orders when we arrived, fine, but we waited several minutes before we wereacknowledged or told “be right with you.” I noticed two other people came and left during that time, as staff were notmaking eye contact with customers or acknowledging them in any way as they were waiting. I wanted to try something different for my birthday so my family took me to PLNT Burger. We ordered through app on the way there... and only had to wait 10 mins for 5 sandwich’s and fries. All of us tried the “chikn “ sandwiches and we loved them. It wasas close as I’ve had to real chicken plus.they were full of flavor. I’m so happy we found a new place to eat regularly! Read more
