I have ordered from Royal for years and years now. Not only is my food always hot, fresh, and correct, but my delivery time is... incredibly fast. I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect by the staff. So to the 1 star reviewers:maybe try tipping the delivery people if you want quicker service. You get what you pay for, especially in this economy. Edit:recently Royal changed their hours so that they close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends, and that is just silly for apizza delivery service. Do not order carryout online from this place. I ordered two cheese steak subs and two orders of fries for $54! It was ready when... I got there, but they got the toppings wrong on both subs and they gave me seasoned fries when I ordered the regular kind. Theyalso add a charge for some kind of $1 donation with no way to de-select it! Not only does the food stink but they're alsopan-handling. I went there because it was nearby. Never again. Read more

Reading the reviews I was very scared I?d get sick from eating their food but I?ve tried their pizza a couple times at my job... when a coworker has ordered it and whatnot and ?.Well I was feeling very hungry and their pizza is light weight and it is prettygood in my opinion but not too good but it does hit different when you?re super hungry. The delivery took over an hour and Ithought they?d never arrive. I feel like the customer service could be better and communication.When delivering they should useaccurate estimated arrivals and have a system where the customer can check when they are coming. The reason I say this isbecause if the food says it will come in 10-25 minutes but takes more than that, that can be a safety issue concerning food notstaying fresh. Read more

I ordered a crab cake sandwich on white bread, with lettuce tomato mayo ketchup onions and hots.... And I got wheat bread with... the flattest thinnest "crab cake" I've ever seen. Fries look ok but they are actually hard. First experience and last! I do norecommend them!!!! Thankfully I used Door dash so I could get some of my money back for this meal I can't even eat. They consistently have the best pizza I?ve personally ever had. Amazing, fresh, and well worth the price. Today I was working... in the area, and I was excited that I get to order pizza from this place. I?m from Delaware, so maybe it?s a regional thing,but I can?t eat the pizza back home anymore. It?s gotta be from Royal Pizza. The name does the place justice, it?s good enoughfor any king or queen. Again, fantastic pizza.
